Elegance and minerality are the distinctive features of "Frappello," the legacy of two grape varieties in a unique terroir: the Marsala hinterland. The Frappato and Nerello Mascalese are expertly harvested by hand, amidst the light and scents of the rolling hills surrounding the area. Maceration and fermentation continue in the cellar at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 15-20 days; malolactic fermentation is also carried out in stainless steel. The wine is then aged partly in 225-liter barriques for four months, and the remainder in stainless steel tanks for eight months.
