DONNAFUGATA BRUT SICILIA DOC BIANCO

Bright straw yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage, the 2019 Millesimato offers a fresh bouquet with hints of citrus fruits such as lemon and citron, fruity notes of green apple with a hint of mint and green tea. Pleasant nuances of bread crust, typical of aging on the lees, are present. On the palate, it is intense and vibrant, while also displaying a good structure. A harmonious and savory brut with a strong personality.

 

Nota: Name: Sicilian DOC White Sparkling Wine Variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Production Area: South-Western Sicily, Tenuta di Contessa Entellina and surrounding areas Aging: Secondary fermentation in the bottle follows. After tirage, the Brut ages for at least 36 months on the lees.

Arya Metodo Classico Brut

A pure Catarratto, Arya comes from a selection of vineyards particularly suited to the production of sparkling wine grapes. After being hand-picked in the first ten days of August, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lees until the secondary fermentation takes place, and finally, secondary fermentation in the bottle. A sparkling wine with a silky perlage, it features a pleasant aromatic bouquet of citrus and brioche notes. On the palate, it is creamy, beautifully structured, and has a crisp acidity on the finish.
