Robert developed the recipe in 1972 for a themed cocktail contest featuring Triple Sec as the main ingredient. Rosebud worked at the famous Oak Beach Inn on Long Island, and the drink quickly became the house cocktail, later spreading throughout the island and now enjoyed worldwide popularity.

Negroni

In the center of Florence, on Via de' Tornabuoni, stood a small establishment, Caffè Casoni. It was very different from the bars and cocktail lounges of today: halfway between a grocery store and an unpretentious bistro, it offered spirits and simple cocktails to tourists and regulars. The bartender at the time was Fosco Scarselli, whose specialty was the Milano-Torino, a vermouth-based cocktail that was very popular at the time.

Black Russian

The Black Russian is a classic international cocktail, sweet and strong, made by mixing vodka and coffee liqueur in a low glass (old fashioned) over ice. It's best served after dinner as a digestif. Old Fashioned

"Old Fashioned" primarily refers to a classic and timeless cocktail made with whiskey (bourbon or rye), sugar, Angostura bitters, and orange zest, considered one of the oldest and most iconic in mixology. It can also describe something "old-fashioned," antiquated, or old-fashioned. The cocktail recipe calls for muddling sugar and bitters, adding ice and whiskey, and garnishing with orange zest and, sometimes, a maraschino cherry.
