100% Grillo from Contrada Perino, in Marsala, from a 12-year-old espalier-trained vineyard at 150 m above sea level. The vineyard is managed according to traditional dictates, respecting the environment and without the use of chemicals. Harvesting is done by hand in the first ten days of September. Vinified in steel with 12 hours of contact with the skins. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 9 months in steel and 3 months in bottle.
